I'm really gonna do it...

Yes, I'm going to start an exercise program to lose fat and build muscle. I really don't eat that much and all I drink is water (for the most part) and my weight doesn't seem to be going anywhere. But I do see my body getting a bit flabbier as I age. So I've been telling myself for 30 years that I'm going to get in shape, it's like now or never. And with less weight to carry around my joints probably won't hurt as much lol. I've done all I can with food. Skim milk, whole grains, no fat etc. I know this is not very interesting but I'm bored and my blog needed something new. So there you have it lol.

I thought you joined a gym recently. Why not pop in there a couple days a week? The time flies by when you're playing with the workout equipment. I know from experience that waking up the middle-age metabolism is no easy task. But, it's all about health at this point. Hurray for you!
